Triple jump

I’m brand new to this app, but i joined in seek of looking for triple and long jump advice. I currently don’t have a jumps coach at my school, and it has been a little difficult to get advice during practice and during meets. I was wondering if this is a community that can assist me with advice at how to improve my preformance?
It’s fine for now. But you should open your stride up more, not quick the full time.
Your coach will never train you hard enough to become #1 so you have to do extra, this NOT saying you have a bad coach… it means that 1 practice in a day no matter how good the coach is, won’t compete against someone who does 3 practices in a day!
Hey is there a drill to get the bend out of my drive leg on my first phase. I feel like it being bend it caused me not to be relaxed and cuts down my first phase

Start using the saunas for recovery and stretch for 10minutes while you sweat! Take the day off using ice and try heat!

Boyyy your first phase could be so much longer omg you have a lot of speed. Take that knee drive higher on the first jump. You will have more impact on the ground on the 2nd which will make it harder to come up but you have to go higher on 1st
1. Good transition between jumps, you dont lose speed
2. Focus on going further 1st phase
3. Come with more speed, and set cone out at 18-19 feet. Long jump to get to the cone but still do the first phase.
(When I say long jump I mean jump higher and pretend as if you dont have to jump again after 1st phase, so you can feel how much further you need to go)
The more hours you go without stretching = the tighter your muscles will be!

You need to drink at least 4TIMES as many water bottles as you workout.
1 workout = 4 water bottles
2 workouts = 8 water bottles

Take advance of one of the last months of the year! Make your goals bigger and show yourself with how hard you work!
Real life engagement builds better relationships than social media. Advancing your career can happen with 0 followers and no social presence!
Cutting down on apps, and focusing on in person events has helped me personally!
These audiobooks should be relevant to advancing in your career!
