1. Good transition between jumps, you dont lose speed
2. Focus on going further 1st phase
3. Come with more speed, and set cone out at 18-19 feet. Long jump to get to the cone but still do the first phase.
(When I say long jump I mean jump higher and pretend as if you dont have to jump again after 1st phase, so you can feel how much further you need to go)
