If i’m following the weekly workout schedule lets say june weeks 1-2 for example if im doing everything it says to do weekly. When should u fit in injury prevention, Abs, Triple jump drills, and Bounce workouts?

The schedule shows when you should do what. Follow that. It shows abs. And I mean why do you want a schedule for injury prevention that’s everyday
