Rock back before he runs is great!! First 6 steps can be longer & stronger BUT LETS FOCUS ON DRILLS FIRST :)

1 tip, try jumping UP on your 2nd phase. Do a drill where you do the first phase & for the 2nd you have to jump over a hurdle or onto a box
Feedback still feel like Iโm not getting most going into pit on last phase
