1 tip. Put a cone out at 16 feet and try to hit that on first phase. You need to try to jump as far as possible on that first

1 tip, try jumping UP on your 2nd phase. Do a drill where you do the first phase & for the 2nd you have to jump over a hurdle or onto a box

Feedback still feel like I’m not getting most going into pit on last phase
