These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Team I Am mobile application (the “App”) and any related services provided by Team I Am LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 4 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Subscriptions

The App offers auto-renewing subscription plans that provide access to premium content, features, or services.

Subscription Details
    •    Payment is charged upon confirmation of purchase.
    •    Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
    •    Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
    •    Subscription prices may vary by location and are displayed inside the App.

3. Managing & Cancelling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the app:

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

4. Free Trials (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered:
    •    The free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
    •    Only one free trial is permitted per Apple ID.

5. Refund Policy

All payments are handled by Team I Am LLC. We do not process refunds directly.

6. Use of the App

You agree not to:
    •    Copy, distribute, or resell App content without permission
    •    Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App
    •    Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
    •    Share subscription access with others if not permitted

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these rules are violated.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App—including videos, text, programs, branding, and logos—is owned by Team I Am LLC and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. No Guarantees

The App provides educational and informational content only. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from using the App.

Use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Team I Am LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.
