I need some help. My short approach jumps go further than my full approach jumps and I don’t know why. Could anyone give any advice on how to translate a short approach jump to a full approach jump? Also I never can get the pop and explosion out of my last phase are there any drills or cues or anything for that matter to help with that? And if anyone else has any advice on how to make my jumps better please let me know as well.

Short approach is easier to control, once your bring speed that shows where your abs, calf, hip and leg strength is at. So I’d recommend. Staying at short until you go a foot further. Than gradually move back 2 steps
